how to run form on web [message #425140]

i have installed oracle 9i, oracle forms 6i and oracle reports 6i on my pc.
now i want to run my form and report on web.
i saw 'run a form on the web' from the 'oracle forms 6i' menu,it will opens oracle forms server,but i am not able to run the form.

if any one knows,please reply the steps soon....
