Will I be able to invoke my library containing C routines on an AIX 5L workstation using Forms 10g with the 10g Application Server? Everything I've read thus far about C_API says Windows only. I sure hope I'm wrong about that.

Probably not. Consider either running Oracle's Developer Server on your PC and running the forms there or move the C routines to the Application Server.
