Can anyone please help me,
how to print directly to default printer when button press without showing the output(pdf).

are you talking about reports?

if so then instead of calling the .pdf file of the report, call the .rdf report file and pass a parameter to it,

--add_parameter(pl_id, 'DESTYPE', text_parameter, 'PRINTER');
