Dear All,

I want to create icon menu.

It fails to upload the images (newrec, saverec, delrec, etc) even the path is given in ICON_FILE_NAME.

Please help me.

What is the extension of image that I'll attach?

I've tried .ico

But it still fails to attach files.

Which Forms version do you use?

Did you search the Forum for "icon" and "ico"? There've been discussion about the issue - you might find the answer there.
