Go to http://www.oracle.com/technology/documentation/index.html and then under Applications you will find E-Business Suite Applications Releases 11i and 12, follow the link to the release documentation and in it you will find under Documentation (http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/B53825_05/current/html/docset.html), the section "User Interface, Development, and Personalization".
