If the fmx file you are running is in a directory whose name have spaces then this error will appear. Just rename your directory without any spaces (all the parent directories also in which fmx file is present)
Eg: C:My DirectoryTest Directorytest.fmx
change the names to
C:MyDirectoryTestDirectory.
This is because the spaces in the directory names will appear as junk chars in the browers address bar. and hence the error.

What causes this error is the name of the folders in the path of your file. If you have folder name with spaces like /User Info web browser can't solve that, so change it into /User_Info or something like that and it will work.
