Hi,
I am new to oracle. I am interested to learn Oracle Forms, Reports(Oracle D2k). What software I need to download and where can I download the software?

First of all, don't repost your questions. Wait some time to see if you get an answer. Otherwise you can bump your post by replying to it.
Go to otn.oracle.com (Oracle Technet). This is the main source of documentation and software. Here you can download database software and developer. It requires a registration, but that's free.
Furthermore, Google is really really helpful. There is a ton of information readily available via the internet. This forum is great too, learn to use the search-function.
