can anybody provide me some easy-to- work with documentation to learn forms and reports. if possible a word r PDF document is needed if not its okay but plz do c that it should be easy to understand and work with.

Go to http://www.oracle.com/technology/documentation/forms.html. Find 'Guidelines for Building Applications' and 'Form Builder Reference'. Download them. Then use the 'downloads' and the 'demonstrations' hot-links to get samples.
