doubt in Acme.Crypto.DesCipher class in java [message #122157]

I am importing Acme.Crypto.DesCipher class in one of my programs.This class extends java.lang.Object.
This is used for encryprion and decryption.

ihave jdk1.3/lib and tools.jar path in both environement variable as well as iplanet classpath.

but i get no classdefFounderror.
cannot import acme/crypto/Descipher
