If your user(s) belong to the "dba" group on Unix, or the "ORA_DBA" group on windows. They all will be able to "connect / as sysdba"
without being prompt for a password.

Hi,

conn / as sysdba.
We can connect without password as sysdba when OS user member of OS_DBA group ( tahpush already mention) and sqlnet.authentication_services = NTS.

for prevent this you should change sqlnet.ora file from NTS to NONE.

remote_login_passwordfile
