Web Util Files Missing(frmall.jar,frmall_jinit.jar) [message #241051]

Sirs,
I installed Web utility for my 9i Application and found that these two files(frmall.jar,frmall_jinit.jar) are missing.
Will you please help me to get these files?

Hi again ;
Thanks David for your reply
but in fact I am using the version of ORACLE development 9.0.4.0.1 which means that I didn't have any configuration of webutil ;
That's why i did all the modifications needed to install the webutil configuration as described in the PDF doc and on websites related;
and when reading about java files I found on the websites and blogs that I should have the 2 files (frmall.jar,and frmall_jinit.jar) ... which where not found neither on C:\<Orahome>\forms90\java
nor on the JINITIATOR files
Now my forms works well but without these 2 files.

My questions are :
1) Does the replacement of the above files by the following ones (f90all.jar,f90all_jinit.jar) existing from the beginning in the C:\<Orahome>\forms90\java will solve the issue or it will be an uncomplete installation?

2)I have in a matter of testing brought the 2 files (frmall.jar,frmall_jinit.jar) from an installed version (10) higher than this one(since I didn't find on internet any link to download them) and copied them to
C:\<Orahome>\forms90\java
which gave me the error FRM92150 : WEB CLIENT VERSION TOO NEW
Are those files specific to particular versions ? If yes what are them ?

@Everyone running Forms 9i - especially those who are NOT running webutil,

Do you have the two files (frmall.jar,frmall_jinit.jar) in your configuration? Please answer yes or no!! If yes, in which directory do they reside?

Well apparently it seems that according to this link :

http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/forms/htdocs/webutil/readme.html?_template=/ocom/print

there is a few modification in implementing the webutil configuration in 9.0.4 ;

the following sentence :
"....The naming conventions in Oracle Forms 9.0.4 and 10.1.2 also differ, such as f90webutil.jar to frmwebutil.jar..."
in the paragraph "Working with Forms 9.0.2 or 9.0.4"
brings the solution ;

Correct me if I'm wrong ??
